Could UIC beat Harvard in Recyclemania?

These were the recycling rates for some of the Ivy Leagues schools competing in Recyclemania at the beginning of March:

1st	Harvard	28.45%
2nd	Princeton	28.41%
3rd	Yale	24.01%
4th	UPenn	22.31%
5th	Brown	19.37%

While its takes some time to get UIC's recycling data from its vendors, if we used UIC's current recycling rate from last fall - 35.4% - we would be leading the Ivy League schools in this competition! I know many people on campus think that there isn't any recycling on campus but there is AND we're doing well!
